ISSUE:
Whenever I record anything, the desktop or a game, the recording doesn't progress in time properly, the audio also starts popping as I'm recording.
It will start and say 0:00 for a few seconds then count up to 0:01 and pause then count to 0:02 and pause and so on. The whole time the audio of whatever I'm recording is popping like crazy and the framerate is choppy.
When watching the recording back it plays for like 2 seconds then the video will freeze but I can hear audio. I don't always hear the popping in the video recording but I hear it while recording and the video doesn't play correctly.
When the video records in time properly, I hear popping the while time and the framerate is choppy.
Control:
This recording setup worked fine with my 8700K machine.
This current setup works fine using Shawdowplay
