video quality based on monitor or video card capabilities?

Hello!
Can you please tell me what the quality of the videos is based on?
I have a very old monitor and a GTX 1050 ti graphics card. Even at ultra settings, the video card handles all possible video effects, including those that are not displayed on the monitor, because the monitor is old and is not able to show all the benefits, including a small color range.

If I record a game using bandicam, will the recording contain only what the monitor shows or what the video card processes with all its advantages?

Another person on a powerful modern monitor and an even more powerful video card will be able to see my video with all the advantages of a GTX 1050 ti video card. or just a few of the benefits of an old monitor?

I am not saying anything about the detailed settings for bandicam video codecs. This is a separate issue, of course, is of great importance, but so far only the limit of the possibilities for recording videos is of interest.

Hello,

A monitor will not affect the video quality, etc.
You will get many advantages if you use a powerful graphics card.

Thank you.
