Bandicut license transfer from English to Korean

Hello,
I recently changed my windows system into Korean and accordingly, downloaded the Korean version of Bandicut.
I had purchased the full version in English prior to this, so I entered my key serial number of the English version
to the Korean version and it keep says it is incorrect. From my understanding, I am able to transfer my license
into different regions of Bandicut, as it is the case for Bandicam. Since I couldn't find customer support page, I'd
like to request a new serial key for the Korean version of Bandicut here.
