Remembering file enclding mode settings

I usually render my output in Bitrate control: CBR and Video Size:5Mbps.
Is there a way that I can set that as my default, or do I have to set that every single time I render a file?

Also, If you go in and set the encoding settings. Click OK and then go back in to see the settings, it looks like Bandicut does not remember the settings, as they will have reverted back to the default. It does render with the updated settings, but if you want to double check them it looks like they have not been remembered.
