Registration code not accepted

I own a 2 PC version of both bandicam and bandicut and have recently purchased a new laptop.
I installed bandicut and when I went to put in my reg code, it said email or red code not correct.
I do have a new email address and no longer have access to my old one.
Is there a profile on line where I could have access to change my email perhaps? I think that might be the problem.

Hello.
Bandicut can't register by reg code.
If you want to do it, please use the registration function in Bandicut.

If you lost the serial number, the below link will be helpful:

If you can't access your old email, please send your receipt to bandicut@bandicam.com.
