Bandicut error when maximizing

I have a fully registered version of Bandicut and is still having the same issues when trying to maximize Bandicut. Any help will be really appreciated.

I was wondering if this forum have anyone to assist from a managerial point of view or the Bandicut team. This is my second query and to date I've seen another posted a similar issue and no assistance.

Could you update Windows?

We've tested in Windows 10 Pro 1709 16299.431.
We couldn't reproduce the problem.

Hello Bandicut team, I've since upgraded my Windows 10 to version 1803 (OS Build 17134.48)

I'm still having the same exact issue when trying to maximize "Bandicut 3.1.1.431" using the newest version of Windows 10.
If you need more info or another posted video I'm most willing to oblige. Thank you in advance.

It might be a windows issue.

A forum user said he resolved the problem in RS5 17666.
