External media

Hi all
I have the full version of Bandicam. I created a clip on my laptop and it plays fine (audio and video). However, when I a copy the clip to a CD or flash drive the audio doesn't play on another PC.

Is there a restriction as to how many PCs I can play a Bandicam created clip on?

Thanks

The produces files have no restrictions.

This can only mean two things:
a) The file you're moving lacks the audio track (it's separate in another file).
b) The target PC doesn't support the audio codec.

If it's "a" then you should include the audio file along with video file.
If it's "b" then the target PC needs a codec upgrade.

Hello!

It might be a problem with the codec or media player.

* Some solutions.

1. Try the .MP4 container.

2. Try VLC or POT media player to minimize the codec problem.
