I have followed all the steps provided here, and am now given an entirely new problem. I did not notice any freezing while streaming Halo Wars from my Xbox One to my PC, but upon reviewing the recording I discovered that the video was horribly distorted. The audio quality was perfectly fine, but the video quality was horrendous. I'll post a link of the recorded video below.Hello!
Which video codec did you use?
Please try the solutions below and let us know your result.
1. Download the latest version of Bandicam from https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/
2. Click the 'Reset' button (No. 8)
3. Choose the "H264 (CPU)" video codec.
UPDATE: I have discovered that the video is horribly distorted while viewing the video stored locally on my computer, but it is fine when uploaded to YouTube. I don't know why this is, perhaps a result of YouTube ironing it out before posting it. Either way, my problem still stands that videos stored locally on my computer are horribly distorted.I have followed all the steps provided here, and am now given an entirely new problem. The computer I'm using, I just finished building recently, so I know most of the specs myself. But just to be sure, I used the tool you left a link to. Thanks again.Hello Drew2452,
could you please tell us your system specs and your format settings?
If you don't know your specs, you can find them using the tool in the forum rules.
Have a nice day,

It must be a problem with the codec or your media player.I have discovered that the video is horribly distorted while viewing the video stored locally on my computer, but it is fine when uploaded to YouTube.
We will support the "H264 (AMD APP)" video codec for RX series on Bandicam 3.2.0 which will be released in a week.VGA : Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics
