Crash on record - please advise.

Bandicam crashes on record no matter what settings I choose.
I would like to purchase the full version but no matter what I try I cannot get it to work.

Please help, I get this error whenever I try to screen record mode. Game mode will not record at all and hotkeys do not work. I can confirm I have downloaded the latest version and am using all the latest nvidia drivers and audio drivers.

bandishop - bdcam.exe has stopped working.

I am using Windows 10 64 bit.

Hello bookergrimm,

I don't know much about Bandicam crashes, but I'm sure there is help somewhere in the FAQs or the forum.

Yet some people, including myself, had one similar kind of problem lately, that might even cause Bandicam to crash,

please take a look at viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5429 , maybe it helps.

Which games are you trying to record?
Do you see the error message when you have selected the 'Screen Recording Mode' or pressed the recording hotkey (F12)?

* Please try some solutions below:

1. Select the XVID or H264 (CPU) video codec. (No. 3)

2. Uncheck "Use enhanced capture method (faster, Windows 8 or above)" (No. 4).

3. Uncheck the "Record Sound" option, and try it again. (No. 1)

Thank-you for the reply.

For anyone else who is having a similar error it turned out that I did not have all version of Microsoft Visual C++ installed. I was missing 2015 for some reason.
