I need help ASAP

I recently bought a bandicam license and it was working great and then I went in and deleted some things to make space not realizing that I had deleted bandi cam files... Any suggestions?

Hello NikoliLik,

If you uninstall the registered Bandicam, you can re-use/transfer the license to another computer.
If you lost the serial number, go to https://www.bandicam.com/buy/ and enter your purchasing email address at the license check section. Your license will be sent to your email again.

My laptop was reset and my registered account on Bandicam was deleted and I couldn't get it back.

Hi Fizzmo58,

What makes you think your account was deleted?

If you lost your serial number (which, obviously you did) you can simply go to https://www.bandicam.com/buy/ and enter your e-mail address on the bottom of the page.

Try out multiple addresses if you don't remember which one it was exactly.

If you can't access your mail account, please contact either your mail hosting service or if that doesn't help I'm sure you will find a way to regain your serial by contacting Bandisoft.
