Need a refund

Bandicam was working really well for me in the trial and when i bought it, it worked well too. But recently it has stopped working entirely. It refuses to record came capture or window capture and just crashes my system, i really need to get a refund because now i am down 40 dollars.

Hi mdaea,

you cannot get a refund if you've already registered Bandicam.
2. If the serial number is registered

A refund will be impossible, considering the characteristics of the software.

But instead of that, why don't you try to have your issue fixed?
Please take a quick look into the tips on how to get your Bandicam-issues solved (better known as forum rules)

The Bandisoft team aka the Bandicam Company will help you fix your issues for sure!

Until Bandisoft replies to your thread, please take a look into the FAQ and search the forum for people having the same issue.

Hi mdaea,

You have to find the cause of the problem.

1. Uninstall Bandicam and download the latest version of Bandicam from https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/ and click the 'Reset' button (No. 8) like below:

2. Can you record your computer screen through the 'Screen Recording Mode' of Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/how-to/screen-recorder/)?

3. Do you have the problem when you uncheck the "Record sound" option (No. 1)?

4. Do you have the problem when you choose the "H264 (CPU)" video codec (No. 3)?
