Sound recording issue

I've been to the FAQ page for the sound recording problem.

After I enable everything asked on the win7 section, Bandicam did eventually "recognize" the device, and showing that it's recording sound on the right hand bottom corner of the layout. But when the end result comes out, it certainly did not record any sound. Is there a fix to this problem?

I need a solution asap, I've also tried multiple software and both DirectX/OpenGL window and Rectangle on a Screen mode for recording. And also checked my sound card driver, nothing seems to be wrong. Please let me know what else can I do to solve this?

Normally, if you choose "Win7 Sound (WASAPI)" in Bandicam, you can record computer sounds.

Could you post some screenshot like below?
