Timer and autosave video chunks.....

Fri Sep 30, 2016 10:03 pm

I wish to autosave continuous video by having program autosave every 10 MB filesize or every xx minutes. Is this possible?

If you were recording all day, and the program crashed you could lose the entire recording.

Also a scheduling system would be nice, where you could schedule times to start/stop recording parts of the user's screen.

Hello 4EverMaAT,

Please use the 'Auto Complete Recording' function of Bandicam.

How would you accomplish this? If you wanted to have the program start recording at a specific time every day (or week/month) and end recording at a specific time every day/week/month. Whether it is record section of the screen or a specific program window.

Can you have multiple different programs record independently and save to their own individual filenames? (simultaneously) No need to share webcam. Do I have to install multiple installs? Or can I record more than one game/program at once?

Hello 4EverMaAT,

You can use the Auto Start Recording(Timer Recording) and the Auto Complete Recording function.

However, they work only one time and there is no repeat scheduler function at this moment.
We have forwarded your request to our development team.

As for the multiple recording issue, if you'd like to use Game Recording Mode, it is not officially supported, but you can use more than 2 instances of Bandicam by following the steps below.

Go to your Bandicam folder, and copy&paste your Bandicam folder as shown below:

Thank you.

Does each duplicated folder hold independent video settings? Or do they all share one ini/settings file? Hopefully they are all independent to each duplicated folder.

Hello 4EverMaAT,

We are sorry but we can not officially answer about the multiple instance of Bandicam since it is not officially supported.

Thank you.
