Hi, I am also having a problem with the "H264 (Intel Quick Sync Video)" codec. I can select it in Bandicam and record videos, but the video itself turns out to be a black screen with audio only. This happens whether I record in Game mode or full screen mode. If I look at the file properties for the video file, there are no video properties whatsoever (no width/height/codec/etc). Bandicam also shows the "H265 Intel Quick Sync" codec, but if I use it, I get the same result where only audio is recorded.
If I use the standard "H264 (CPU)" codec in Bandicam, it will record video normally.
I am using a HP All-in-One PC. My Intel HD 630 driver is 25.20.100.6446, dated 19 Nov 18. There is a newer driver on the Intel page, but it won't let me install since HP customizes its video drivers. I would have to wait for HP's version. But it's not like my current drivers are that old anyway (5 months), so I doubt it would make a difference.
I have attached my DXDIAG.TXT. I have also attached a 10 second test video using the H264 Quick Sync codec. Rename it from TXT to MP4 to play it. As described above, it has audio but no video.
thanks
