prevent pen popping up (ctrl+alt+d)

hi,
i noticed that when I press they key combo 'ctrl+at+d) a pen marker with different options pop up.
This only happens when bandicam is started.

the thing is, i am using this key combo in a game of mine, and I dont want bandicam to take over this keycombo.

is it possible to deactivate it in bandicam?
