Bandicam error message: Failed to start audio capture

There was a problem "Bandicam error message: Failed to start audio capture"
Search results give a huge number of similar queries.
No solution.
Sound recording does not work.
The computer is operating normally. Earlier sound recording was.
All other applications capture sound (HyperCam 3, http://screencam.ru/) .
Only Bandicam gives an error and sends it to a useless page https://www.bandicam.com/faqs/failed-to ... o-capture/
How so? Why doesn't Bandicam work where all other applications work?



I expected from the Bandicam better quality, but it turned out to be a balalaika

so it works in other programs

If you get the error message of "Failed to start audio capture", please refer to the following solution.

If it does not seem to work, please attach screenshots of the Bandicam Recording settings window and Windows Sound settings window.
Also, please let us know your recording target and how to recreate your issue.

Good day!
The number of similar problems in the search results on the Internet is staggering.
There is a large-scale problem in your application, because all other applications record sound without problems.

I called it an expert, cleaned the registry, reinstalled the application.

I planned to use the application to record Skype video calls.

Sorry for the late response.

Do you still have the "Failed to start audio capture" error message?

If so, please read the following FAQ carefully.
Especially No,3 and 6 is important.

According to your settings, you have selected the Speaker device for your primary sound device. However, as you can see on the above FAQ, you need to select "(Default Sound Device)" to record your skype call.

Good day!
All your recommendations do not work.

At the start of the recording, an error "Audio capture error" occurs.
Why do all other applications work normally and there are no problems?

Do you think it is normal that due to your strange algorithms, the user has to spend hours and days to solve this problem?

In the current market, I have long found an alternative application.

I do not recommend anyone to bandicam!

We are sorry but we could not find a solution for your issue since we were not able to recreate it with the same settings.

For further investigation, please attach the DxDiag.txt file by following the 6th step on the below page.

We know that you don't use an AMD graphics card.

Could you please attach the DxDiag.txt file?
