Hello,
I'm trying to screen-record a tennis match at 50fps with AMD VCE codec but it clearly appears that it's not recording at 50fps but at something like 20fps. I have no proof because Bandicam doesn't allow us to see the fps while recording non-DirectX/OpenGL videos but I'm sure of myself.

It's the live stream of Eurosportplayer.com
Not sure what the fps is but it's really smooth so it's at least 25 or 30fps.
The quality is 720p but I record it in full screen so it's stretched to 1920x1080.

I've uploaded part of the result video file here : https://we.tl/t-I9kVUkUBni (I cut it lossless with Ultra Video Splitter). The MediaInfo says that it's 50fps but it's not the case. I can see with my eyes that it's something like 20fps because it's not very smooth, I can clearly see the difference with the source stream.
Thanks for your help !

PS : I know that the original video source is not 50 fps but around 30 fps, but I'd like to understand why recording at 50fps gives a choppy video.
