Hello kay,

Once you have registered, the watermark will not appear on the recorded videos any more.

Please install the latest version of Bandicam after uninstalling and register with your license information and then record again.

Please uninstall and reinstall the webcam driver and try recording again.
If it does not work, please check if you have the same issue with the other formats and resolutions on the webcam settings.

Please uninstall Bandicam and install the latest version of Bandicam and the graphics card driver.
