Following the previous reply, if you need to get your license information; you can go to the bottom of this page and do the license check: http://www.bandicam.com/buy/
So, there is no solution to this? And no single-download of the new version? Only the update-way to get it? That´s sad, so I´m stuck at a lower version.
When using DirectX/OpenGL mode, you should be able to record as soon you're inside the game (the game isn't minimized and you're in the menu for example). Is the green FPS number showing up in the corner of the game screen while having Bandicam and the game open? If so, then you should be able to re...
This is probably because of what codec you're using. Some codecs compress a lot while recording, some don't. The more they compress, the more resources they need. You can take a look here for comparison and tips regarding the codecs: http://www.bandicam.com/support/tips/best-codec/
It was a bit painful to do, because the website was in French and non-French people will have a bit of a hard time to browse it. Either way, I managed to retrieve the French.ini file, and I pasted it into the "code" BB codes below (forum wouldn't let me upload .ini as attachment). Credit to: Colok. ...
I've seen you post on multiple threads, and I just want to say one thing. There is absolutely not just "one single fix" for this, and it's also on your side . I just tried re-registering my license, and it registered right away. Since you have it as an exception in your firewall, it might be your ro...
I know DXTory did a "quick fix", Fraps hasn't been updated for almost a year and I don't know about Mirillis Action. If it happened after an update, then it's most likely something that the developers of the game messed up. Either way. I highly doubt Bandicam wants people to be upset about their sof...
First of all, when you bought their license, you agreed to their license policy. You have no right to claim the money back. Second, the reason I want you to post your hardware is for them to TROUBLESHOOT. Giving them your information might help them to fix your problem. Software is built differently...
They have most likely tried to fix your issue. If you had absolutely any idea how it is to develop a software, especially a video recording one, you would understand that's there not just "one fix" for anything. They know about your issue, they have tried to provide fixes and obviously those don't w...
If you're going to record a browser window (I assume a Flash Player/Unity Player type of game in this case, but my point stands), then you need to use "Rectangle on Screen". Hooking issues occur if you have a window like a web browser.
2 hours to move over LAN sounds like a lot. Are you sure that it was over LAN and not uploading it to the Dropbox Cloud? It might be better to get a USB 3.0 hard drive if both your computers support it, or maybe just record straight into a shared folder (if possible, I don't think that's a good idea...
I don't know, to be honest. It depends on how the file is encoded then written to disk, which is something out of my knowledge. You could try it, as it should work like that, but I'm not completely sure.
I seem to be always logging out of this forum, even with "Log me on automatically..." checked. I assume it's a cookie problem on Bandisoft's side, mostly due to how the domain has changed. If you go into the Administration Control Panel, "General" and then almost at the bottom on the left side (unde...
