Well then in that same menu above make sure the framerate is set to 30. It makes all my videos at 30 FPS.

Again adobe premiere will also take AVI files if you have the right codec installed.

Borderless windowed mode is as good as full screen for games.

You need to download the H.264 codecs. Bandicam will alway save as an AVI regardless of the codec. Just to pipe in here my hard drive is pretty damn old, full so I have to keep deleting things and its never seen a defrag in its life. And I don't get any dropped frames. I have IE11 and have had no problems with either of them at all.

Strange issue. Then again I don't use IE11 very often. I have used both bandicam and IE11 at the same time though.
