NVIDIA Cuda & Quick Sync Video

Thu Apr 11, 2013 11:14 pm

Good day!
Tell me please, do you plan to provide the program support:
1. NVIDIA Cuda
2. Intel® Quick Sync Video
for best performance, as it is done in some other software competitors?

Hi,

1. Uninstall your current version of Bandicam, restart your computer, and reinstall the latest version of Bandicam from http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/.

2. If you still have the problem, please let us know your Bandicam settings (The video tab of Bandicam)

Hello Nawor44, achmetha!

1. Do you only have the problem when you choose the "H.264 (Nvidia CUDA)" codec of Bandicam?
or do you also have the problem when you choose the "Xvid or MPEG-1" codec of Bandicam?

2. Please go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us and install the 64-bit graphic card driver, and then try it again.

3. Please also let us know the following files exist.
C:\Windows\System32\nvcuvenc.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\nvcuvenc.dll

I also have to report this issue with my GeForce GTX 660 Ti.
It only happens when I try to use the H.264 (Nvidia CUDA) codec, I tried on beta driver of 326.19 for Nvidia cards (64-bit drivers). After updating to 326.41 (still 64-bit), same thing happened. The files you mentioned above exist in both folders and I'm trying to record Minecraft running on the latest Java JRE7 64-bit.

Hi,

Please download test-sample.7z and record "BandiCapSample.exe" and "BandiCapSample64.exe".
- download: http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/old/test-sample.7z

And let us know your test result.

You may use Bandizip to extract the test-sample.7z file.

I recorded both in fullscreen, and this is what happened.

BandiCapSample.exe got no issues at all, it was running smoothly and recording fine.

BandiCapSample64.exe, however, got the "failed to initialize codec" error. I assume this is an issue that has to do with 64-bit recording.
