Problems with recording fps

When i trying to recording a game, it give me only about 10 FPS, and i try record it with other game that can run with and this time it give me full frame, can you tell me whats the problem cause this and how to solve this?

The setting is set using NVIDIA CUDA H264, 1280x720, Quality 80, 60FPS.

My PC specs:

Graphic card model: NVIDIA GT750M
Bandicam mode: DirectX/OpenGL window
Recording Target: Phantasy Star Online 2

What is your CPU?

I can say that 750M is rather weak card, still I think technical stuff will demand more of your PC specs.

My cpu is core i7 3630QM with 8GB of RAM and this im using a laptop.
