Ok.. I uninstalled PhysX, and now Bandicam works..

But does this have any impact on the graphisc in the game.?

The only problem now, it that WMP cant play the recording.????

Try VLC Media Player .
Do you have an editor to open it with? See if that works.

It plays well in any other media player.. Just strange..

Might be some codec issues that WMP has. It's quite common.
