VBR Quicksync

VBR Quicksync support a TargetKbps and MaxKbps value. MaxKbps isn't really required since the driver/SDK automatically set the MaxKbps based on the TargetKbps. In Bandicam there is a quality based adjustment. If I want 10000 Kbps I have no clue what quality value I have to use. Why is this not based on TargetKbps?

Hello!

VBR (Variable bitrate) allows a higher bitrate to be allocated to the more complex segments of media files while less space is allocated to less complex segments. If you choose CBR (Constant bitrate), you will get the constant bitrate.

The quality is variable depending on the recording target.

When I set a VBR kbps value in Handbrake it is predictable. Yes it can differ but most of the times it is predictable. The VBR quality numbers in Bandicam doesn't tell me anything unfortunately.

Recorded with quality 10 VBR and Bandicam recorded the video with ~10 Mbps. Since youtube allows only up to 8 Mbps (otherwise it will be compressed) is it possible to set for 5, 6, 7, 8 VBR?
