Add the feature to overlay a second video input over the recorded video (like webcamera stream over gameplay video).

We will add the PIP function in Bandicam. But it may take a long time.
We know this function will be good for the commentary video maker.
But it's not an urgent issue for us at the moment.
Please wait 1 year to use that function.
