Audio going out of sync in editing program

I got bandicam so I could record some videos, but whenever I put it into my editing software (premiere elements 12) after a couple minutes the audio and video start to go worse and worse out of sync.
It works fine before it is in the software, everything is good, but I think that premiere might not work with the codec or something.
Because of this problem, editing takes at least 3x as long, also I think the same thing happens on premiere pro.

What I'm asking is what codecs and settings should I be using to fix this (in bandicam or premiere if anyone knows)?

I also made a video to show what was happening:

Hello!

To edit with Adobe Premiere Elements, select the 'Sony Vegas/Premiere/Pinnacle' preset as shown below:

Thank you very much! It does work.
However, I was just wondering if it would still work if I switched it to save to .mp4?
Thanks, .avi is just very large.

If you use the "H.264 (NVIDIA/INTEL/AMD)" option in Bandicam, you will always have a problem with Adobe Premiere because Adobe Premiere doesn't support VFR (Variable Frame Rate).

We recommend you use Sony Vegas which supports VFR (Variable Frame Rate).
We will consider supporting CFR (Constant Frame Rate) for Adobe Premiere in the future.

I have the same problem of synchronization of audio, video flowing faster.

It may work with plugins x264? As explained here:

MP4 compresses the video in a small file while recording, that's how the issue pops up. When your game loads, the sync is over. If you really need to do MP4 because of what ever reason, I suggest this:

When you're ready to edit, just remove the audio from the video file and place the WAV files in place so they sync. This is the only solution to your problem if you want to use MP4.

You could check the [Two Sound Mixing] option, though I'm not sure if it'll sync together with your second sound device, so I suggest keeping them separate.
