Bandicam has stopped working

I have recently purchased Bandicam (after testing the free version) I was very satisfied with it until it stopped working. For some reason, whenever I tried to open it an error message: 'Bandisoft - bdcam.exe has stopped working' 'a problem caused to program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times.

- Windows Version: Windows 10 pro 64-bit
- Graphic card model: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (NVIDIA)
- Bandicam version: 3.0.1.1003
- Bandicam mode: Not able to get that far
- Recording Target: Not able to get that far

It seems that a certain program is blocking Bandicam.
It might be a problem with anti-virus programs or other programs.

1. Uninstall suspicious programs.

2. Go to Windows Task Manager, and end suspicious programs.

We've uninstalled them but bandicam still comes up with the same message

If you have the problem with the old version of Bandicam, you have to disable/uninstall suspicious programs.

If you can't find the suspicious program, you may reinstall your Windows.

Hi, I had the same problem. Try to uninstall a Dropbox, in my case it helped
