Hi I need a refund for my purchase of Bandicam+Bandicut I cant used it on my Windows Vista sorry but is there any refund on it?

I but shouldn't Bandicam be able to run on Vista?

Thanks for the link I guess I change my mind since this is a life time access I will wait until I have an Alienware 17x a high memory for gaming and programming
