Constant Crash

Last version of software worked great for a very long time. I did an update in the past two weeks, and now it crashes constantly. For video, it crashes completely and closes. For pictures, it seems to take the picture, but doesn't save it anywhere or certainly not in the specified destination folder. It has become unusable, please advise. ( error is 'bdcam.exe has stop working' )

Hello Silverfox,

It might be a problem with the graphics card driver.

1. Please uninstall your current graphics card driver and download the latest graphics card driver.

2. Please uninstall your Bandicam and download the latest version of Bandicam from https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/.

If you still have the problem, please let us know your PC specs (Windows version and graphics card model).
