When I record and i try to open my file, it said error. so i tried fixing it and now none of my recordings show up anywhere. what do i change in the settings so i can save my recordings and open the files. i have windows 8

Hello castro105,

It might be a problem with your media player.
Which media player do you use?
Please try other media players like VLC or POT.
If you still have the issue, could you attach the screenshot of the error dialog?
