We did some tests on some Windows 10 PCs updated to Creators Edition but we were not able to recreate your issue.
There were no problems when recording with Game Recording Mode, Screen Recording Mode, and Device Recording Mode.
Since it might be a problem with your graphics card driver, please uninstall it and install the latest one.
