Bandicum crushes when starting recording

Every time I tried to record, it would crash, an error message window showed saying: "Bandicam - Bandicum.exe has stopped working." Reinstalled the program would not help.

BTW, the OS of my computer is Win7, and I have installed the latest version of Bandicam.

After having unchecked the "Record Sound" option, Bandicam stops crashing. However, the record action often fails to start.

Also, Bandicam would cause my game program quit silently.

Been having the same problem. It was working just fine until I upgraded Windows 10 to the Creator Edition (or whatever it's called) a few nights ago. Tried everything in the linked page.

Same problem here, Bandicam stopped working after Windows 10 Creators Update. It was working fine few days ago. No error message.

Hello akido,

Do you use an anti-virus software?
If so, please try recording again after closing your anti-virus software.
If it works, you need to add Bandicam to the whitelist.
Please let us know your result.

Hi Nan02400 and humamaki,

We did some tests on some Windows 10 PCs updated to Creators Edition but we were not able to recreate your issue.
There were no problems when recording with Game Recording Mode, Screen Recording Mode, and Device Recording Mode.
Since it might be a problem with your graphics card driver, please uninstall it and install the latest one.

I had uninstalled anti-virus software before, when I was trying to record.
