Can't get any support or my license number

Hi - I purchased bandicam and bandicut almost 24 hours ago and nobody will send me my license number or answer my emails asking where it is. Please let me know how I can get my license number.

Thank you for responding. I put in my email address that I know is the one I used because we received an authorization email after we purchased. We followed the link and it said we have been confirmed but that was the last we heard. Now the form below the buy buttons say our email address is not valid. I have sent multiple emails to the bandicam@bandicam.com support address but have heard no response. Please help more!

Ok - maybe the confusion is that I used my email address to register but my dad's email address to purchase through PayPal. So the confirmation email went to my dad's email address and I guess we can't confirm my email address... how can I confirm my email address?
