Video file corrupted, high bitrate

Thu May 18, 2017 3:26 pm

Hello! I'm in dead end. I'm recording video with high bitrate. When video is recorded and i trying to play it with default win 10 player i get error 0xc00d36c4 "video file corrupted' or if error not appears my video looks like on screenshot 1. On screenshot 2 you can see settings that i use when recording and version of bandicam. If i upload video that looks like on screenshot 1 to youtube or cut it and render in editor - all lags dissapear. But when file corrupted i can't open in with any video editor.
I re-installed my OS because of it and it doesn't help. I tryied to use different codec (H264 NVENC) and it did the same, but video was slightly less distorted.

My CPU and GPU: i7-3930K, GTX 1080 Ti. As a hard drive for recording i use Toshiba HDWD110UZSVA.

Sorry for my lang and thanks for any help!

Hello Schmidt,
When video is recorded and i trying to play it with default win 10 player i get error 0xc00d36c4 "video file corrupted' or if error not appears my video looks like on screenshot 1.
It is because the default video player does not support the codec.
Please check if you can playback the video with VLC media player.

Regarding the issue with the video editor programs, please read the article on the linked page.

Thank you.

Thanks for reply!
With MPC from k-lite mega codec pack i have the same lag, but all good with VLC.
So as I understand I can't use external x264 codec even with CRF and AVI file format if I want to edit videos? I must record with H.264 NVENC with CRF and must use MP4 format, there is no other variants? It's really strange.

Hello Schmidt,

We're not sure which video editor program you use, but generally we recommend the "Motion JPEG and PCM" codecs for users who edit videos.

Thank you.
