Lag spike on RTX 2080 i9

While I start recording, I get some ugly lag spikes during the gameplay.

I use: Windows 10
I have: RTX 2080 i9 9900k

Everything about my computer is up to date.
I have a few settings i gotta change on bandicam in order to fix it.
Could you help me? P.S. don't tell me to check FAQ or other topics. If you want to help, just come with a solution

1. Did you use the 'Game Recording Mode' of Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/how-to/game-recorder/)?

2. Do you have the issue when you uncheck the "Record Sound" option?


3. If you put your graphics card into the secondary slot, please plug your graphics card into the primary graphics card slot on the motherboard.
